Amanda Sedgwick-Maule

Amanda is known for her patience

and kind approach to teaching as well as her

determination to achieve success. In both the classroom

as well as independently, Amanda works very hard at

mastering which ever project she is interested in.

From the basics of wheel throwing to creating a sculpture,

her thoughtful process, craftsmanship and goal setting

is what brings her back to the studio.

The excitement of the challenge is one of the driving forces

behind this artist. Amanda teaches clay on a daily basis

and is very prolific in her work. Not a day goes

by without her hands touching clay.
